Player's Complaint

The dispute I am contesting is concerning my withdrawals beginning on 08/24/16 thru 10/13/16. I have kept records and can submit to you. The casino has made 4 deposits into my account. In my attempts to work this out they appear not to have the time and have said they have paid in full. I can explain in more detail but am unsure if I should do this on another page

There are six (6) withdrawals in question. Please note all withdrawals require a $880 plus $40 bonus and process fee extraction in that order. It begins with the first withdrawal made on 08/24. Please note two (2) withdrawals were made on that day, one of them has been honored. Dates and amounts of withdrawals are as follows

08/24 = $2500 08/29 = $2500 09/01 = $2169 09/01 = $1820 10/05 = $2400 10/13 = $2500. The following deposits were made into my account by the Casino. 10/26 = $1400 11/01 = $875 11/28 = $2169 12/16 = $1560 My withdrawal totals = $13889 minus $880 bonus extract per withdrawal plus $40 extract per withdrawal processing fee = $5520 The amount owed to me is $8369 Total amount deposited to my account $6004. Casino owes me $2365. Please not Casino did not approve one withdrawal, when asked by chat to identify which withdrawal and the reason why. Chat person did not know, so I sent an e-mail to the casino asking the same question. I received no response. Casino sent me a e-mail stating that they had paid me all monies owed.

Hi zorrodude,

Unfortunately after a month of efforts we've received no response what-so-ever from the owners of Vegas Strip. At this point we have no reasonable expectation of receiving a response to your complaint.

As this operator do not have any license to speak of all we can recommend is contacting the team at CasinoMeister who seem to be having more success in getting this group to respond than we currently are.
