Vegas to Macau - Is it slow pay or no pay? Feels like no pay.

Player's Complaint

On April the 18th I made a large deposit and finished up with 4000 euros balance. I was promised I would be paid on Monday, which became next week and then became in a few weeks. I was told they were having some issues with fraud and abusers so there are delays. I have kept on pestering them for my money which is still sitting in my balance but 3 months on no payments and now they do not respond. Username is [EDIT]

Hi FAVOX,

I spoke with a contact at Vegas to Macau's platform provider SoftSwiss on Friday. Apparently there are ongoing issues with this vendor that extend beyond your payment problems. They've asked me to ask you to give them some time while they try and sort out the various issues.

I'll keep you updated as and when I find out more.

Thanks,

Hi FAVOX,

I wanted to give you a quick update on your complaint. VegasToMacau has now closed. Their platform provider, SoftSwiss, are now in the process of trying to force the owners to pay their debts to both the platform and players. Obviously this has now become a legal issue. SoftSwiss have informed us of their intention to honour player debts as soon as the funds are transferred to them. I can't give you any estimate on the likely time frame for this to happen, but I will keep you up-to-date as I find out more.

Thanks,

Hi FAVOX,

Unfortunately I think we're at a dead end with this issue. The operator have shut up shop and haven't paid either yourself (and possibly other players) or Softswiss their platform provider.

While there was some mention of legal action being taken, my honest assessment is that's unlikely to happen. In my opinion this is another case of a white label operator finding the market tougher than they'd expected and just walking away without honouring their debts and I'm at a loss to offer any reasonable course of action.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help,

ThePOGG
