Player's Complaint

Hi, 15.12 I registered in casino and claim 20$ no deposit bonus which I was offered.

With some luck, I completed the wagering requirements. Asking live chat and was told I need deposit and submit ID, and then request withdrawal. Here I made mistake. I decide to change currency to euros, and withdrew 100 euros(bigger than 100 USD). I did 20 euros deposit, and request 120 euros withdrawal. Then I decide check terms. Casino have right to void winnings if: Wagering to meet an award in one currency, and then changing currency to a stronger currency before the award is added to your account.

I notice this term, and of course cancel my withdrawal request. Change currency back to USD, and request 120$ withdrawal. Today I was told that my payout cancelled, and deposit placed back to my account. Because I change currency and abuse them with this. I do not agree with that, because I noticed that myself, and cancel withdrawal. So my withdrawal was in USD, according all terms.

Hi Moskvin - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before going any further I want to be clear about the chances of success in managing this complaint. In the first instance, as you point out yourself, you did break Vegas Winner terms and conditions when you switched currencies. That you cancelled the withdrawal and changed the currency back only makes a difference in the consequences, the result is still a technical violation of terms.

Alongside this, you're playing with a group that have been Blacklisted here. The likelihood of them being willing to change their current position for us is rather low.

I'll contact Vegas Winner and see what I can find out.
