My first win ever in this casino and i cannot withdraw my money.... I made five deposits here and now what??? My account is blocked and the casino is not responding to my emails. I do not get this…. I registered here in the end of March, i had a great time playing here, I really like the True Sheriff slot. So, finally in the end of April I won 2 666 EUR. I sent them all the documents but they would not give me any update. All they told me was that my info was being checked by the risk department. Now for already month and a half i haven't got any news….

There is no way for me to make a withdrawal. I have tried all the options, but nothing works. First they were saying the sorting code was not right, now they are saying it is okay. Just to explain to you - I have a standard bank account in German bank. Why they cannot process my withdrawal???

Hi Ferrari Rider,

I've spoken to Vegas2Web about this issue - there has been a technical issue with bank transfers in your case. The operator has suggested a card withdrawal instead. They cannot process payments back to a credit card and as such have requested that you make a small deposit via a Visa card to activate a payment method and allow them to process your withdrawal in this manner. If you could do that and let us know when it is done we'll follow-up with the operator to confirm your payment is processed promptly.
