You wrote you fully settled my account balance after my last login on January 2021.

Nothing is settled at all as I only spent a lot of money on your illegal gambling service. I did

sometimes like 16 or 18 deposits on one day and to protect me against your online gambling service

it is your obligation as online gambling supplier to inform me and block my account directly according

my behavior.

Other even more important point is as I wrote before your service offering online gambling for Dutch

people is not a discussion point but really illegal in first place. t was before 2021 not allowed to

accept Dutch people and make it possible for people out of the Netherlands to make even an

account.

You know this and therefore changed after January 2021 your acceptancy terms and improved your

service according acceptancy and protection of people. Please check: "Verbod online kansspelen

overeenkomstig" met artikel 4 g lid4, van het Statsverdragi inzake Kansspelen. You violated t this Dutch

law before. January 2021, the time played c onY your online casino as your deposit history tells.

because vera& john never settle anything with me i never have a answer about that question i want my money back and they say that i am fully settle after my account close

As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue refunds of losses based on lack of license. If your own government cannot prevent unlicensed operators from accepting their citizens, there is no possibility of the operator offering a refund simply on the basis of us asking them to.
