My bank wont allow me to do transactions with my visa debit card(Canada). So I proceeded to videoslots online chat to see if the could help in rectifying the problem. after being told "sorry the problem is with you bank" i asked for my account to be deleted or directed to why i can delete if my self i was told that account deletion is no possible.... this is unacceptable mainly because i cant clear the personal information inputted for account activation.

You are free to close your account, but operators have to retain these details to ensure that players do not sign-up multiple account in breach of terms and conditions.
