Dear Sir/Madam, Can you help with two E-transfers that failed to deposit at Video slots and that were sent from my RBC checking account. First transfer sent February 12th 2019 for $500, confirmation number 5056, Reference number CAgPeXMr deposited at 10:52.16hrs ET. Second transfer sent February 16th for $550, confirmation number 5974, Reference number CA5czYx7, message 8e9e75b, deposited at 13:34.31hrs ET.
RBC bank traced the funds back to Gigadat Inc who are the processor for videoslots. I’ve tried unsuccessfully for 10 days to contact Gigadat via email, they never reply. Video slots have also traced the money back to Gigadat Inc. I have two emails sent from Gigadat on March 15th for $500 E-transfer and March 22nd $550, stating that the 30 days has expired and I no longer can deposited the money back to my checking account. The money is sitting with Gigadat Inc. Can someone please contact Gigadat Inc to help me get the funds sent back to my checking account. Many thanks in advance, [EDIT].
