Player's Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam, Can you help with two E-transfers that failed to deposit at Video slots and that were sent from my RBC checking account. First transfer sent February 12th 2019 for $500, confirmation number 5056, Reference number CAgPeXMr deposited at 10:52.16hrs ET. Second transfer sent February 16th for $550, confirmation number 5974, Reference number CA5czYx7, message 8e9e75b, deposited at 13:34.31hrs ET.

RBC bank traced the funds back to Gigadat Inc who are the processor for videoslots. I’ve tried unsuccessfully for 10 days to contact Gigadat via email, they never reply. Video slots have also traced the money back to Gigadat Inc. I have two emails sent from Gigadat on March 15th for $500 E-transfer and March 22nd $550, stating that the 30 days has expired and I no longer can deposited the money back to my checking account. The money is sitting with Gigadat Inc. Can someone please contact Gigadat Inc to help me get the funds sent back to my checking account. Many thanks in advance, [EDIT].

Hi geggs1 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Were these payments that you initiated to Videoslots that simply never arrived in your account?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi there, the payments never made it to video slots. Then after 30 days the money was automatically sent back to me via email but I didn’t receive a password with the emails, in order to deposit back to my checking account, so the money expired and was sent back to Gigadat.

Hi geggs1,

If you are claiming that these were payments taken from your bank without your permission (i.e. you did not initiate the transactions in the first instance) then this is an issue that needs to be managed by your bank and your local police service.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

I sent the E-transfers to videoslots. Gigadat simply act as a 3rd party and handle the E-transfer. The E-transfers were blocked by Gigadat and are now being held by Gigadat. Video slots can’t help because the money never made it to them. I was just wondering if you guys had any kind of contact for Gigadat, as they don’t respond to emails.

Hi geggs1,

Thank you for your patience. I need you to provide bank statements for the period of the 8th of February through to the 24th of February for the account that the contested deposits were taken from. Please send these to [email protected].

Thanks,
