I signed up to the site as it had good reviews. When I tried to deposit it wouldn't pass the validation process as there were security issues which consequently led to my card being blocked. When I contacted my bank they queried whether the site was genuine. I asked why my card had been blocked and they told me that they would block a card with a high transaction on there, I said that I didn't consider £20 on a casino site to be high and do it frequently and they told me it was for £2000 and only when that wouldn't go through that video slots then changed it to £20.
I then spoke to an agent on the site who was so rude and kept interrupting before I had finished (Have copy of the conversation) and asked to be referred to someone competent another rude person that became defensive without first listening to what I had to say.
I couldn't find a number to call the company and speak to a superior there was only a contact form for the company to call me???
I have recorded message I had with the bank as well as a copy of the message I had with the 2 useless agents who could do with some training in customer care.
