Player's Complaint

I signed up to the site as it had good reviews. When I tried to deposit it wouldn't pass the validation process as there were security issues which consequently led to my card being blocked. When I contacted my bank they queried whether the site was genuine. I asked why my card had been blocked and they told me that they would block a card with a high transaction on there, I said that I didn't consider £20 on a casino site to be high and do it frequently and they told me it was for £2000 and only when that wouldn't go through that video slots then changed it to £20.

I then spoke to an agent on the site who was so rude and kept interrupting before I had finished (Have copy of the conversation) and asked to be referred to someone competent another rude person that became defensive without first listening to what I had to say. I couldn't find a number to call the company and speak to a superior there was only a contact form for the company to call me???

I have recorded message I had with the bank as well as a copy of the message I had with the 2 useless agents who could do with some training in customer care.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you here. As there's no money at stake there's no grounds for a complaint. I understand that you may be frustrated, and by all means we would encourage you to select another operator, but this service is not here to pursue issues where there is no money to return.

To me, this reads as if there's been an issue with a missing decimal point when the deposit was being processed, not something to get overly worked up about.
