I've discussed this issue with ViggoSlots casino. Unfortunately they have demonstrated that you have breached bonus terms, by placing a single bet that exceeds the maximum allowed bet.

However, given that there was only a single bet over the allowed amount and this bet returned 0 credits and as such caused no detriment to the operator, we have made clear to the operator that we feel this implementation of the maximum bet term to be predatory and an opportunistic enforcement to void winnings that are entirely derived from compliant bets. As such we will not support the voiding of funds based on this single, likely accidental, violation. ViggoSlots have made clear that regardless they will not reinstate your winnings.
