Hello dear ThePogg team,
I‘m contacting you regarding Viggoslots and demand a refund of 1650€.
I created an account at Viggoslots on 24.06.2023 and did a deposit of 25€.
After that I send an email to Viggoslots and told them iam gambling addicted and want to close my account.
I dir not received any answer and my account has not been closed so I was able to loose 1650€.
They closed the account the day after when I asked for a refund.
A few days ago I received my personal data from the casino that’s the reason why I open this request this late.
Please help me to get a refund.

Having reviewed your claim again you state:

Even in well licensed jurisdictions, and you have chosen to play with a weakly licensed operator here, a gambling operator would be allowed 24h to act on an emailed self-exclusion request.

Hello,
the 24hrs were almost over since my email and the account closure.
I send the email on 24th of June 11:20 am and they closed my account on 25th of June in the evening.
So there were more than 24hrs in which they did not closed my account and I was able to play in this casino even when I told them i‘m gambling addicted.

You have not chosen to play in a well licensed jurisdiction. The standards, where they exist at all, will be significantly lower.
