Player's Complaint


I had a great experience on this site until I tried to withdraw my winnings. I completed the usual verification process on the website and after an confirmation via live chat I proceeded with my withdrawal. It takes 5 working days for the withdrawal request to be confirmed or denied. After which it was denied and I was asked to provide more documents. And so my ability to withdraw winnings was repeatedly delayed because of this process. They would not ask me to provide all the required documents at once and would only give one piece at a time. And in order to find out what documents I need to verify my account I needed to keep placing withdrawal requests and keep waiting 5 working days. That's what I was told to do in the live support chat while I did not receive any answer through email.

After a long back and forth I got a confirmation that my account was verified. Yet my withdrawal was still canceled and I had to repeat id verification process through the website again. After that I got an confirmation that again my account was verified. After waiting 5 days for my withdrawal to be processed I found my account disabled. They emailed me and said that it was duo to multiple inconsistencies.

At this point I lost my hope and I am very disappointed because I patiently waited and complied with their way of doing their business. I would like to ask for an advise and I do not as much care about not receiving my winnings as I do not want someone else falling in their trap.
