Hi there. I've been playing there for years now and never had any problems.

A few days ago I deposit and did it with sofort, normally I just deposit with my mastercard. I won 500€ and wanted to withdraw, but my request has been denied, because of using different method for deposit. So I tried trustly, which wasn't possible with my bank. I asked at chat support, the guy mentioned I have to deposit first with mastercard, then it's possible. So I did, but didn't understand this, because I deposit for years now, just with the same mastercard. But I did as mentioned and now my request of payment is still pending for days now. When asking chat support they sometimes say, proof of payment didn't arrive, than it arrived, the other one said they didn't get anything. So I sent it many times now, but still nothing happened. I really beg you helping me in that case. Thanks

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
