Resolved - As this case hinged on a single bet over the limit and that bet lost, Voodoo Dreams have in this case decided to overlook the infraction as a good will gesture.

Player's Complaint

When I chose to withdraw it became difficult so I contacted customer help to talk me through it,after this process I decided to withdraw and with the withdrawal pending I then recieved a email stating how I had bet more than $5 bets and this voided all my winnings ... I was quite sure about not having bet more than that so requested more information and then got very little explanation and a copy and paste of terms and conditions but not very helpful at all, I have screenshots of some of the conversations but not all but any help would be appreciated.

I recieved a statement and I have 1 bet over the $5 limit and do not remember this at all and believe it was a glitch or something as I have only placed .60c and $2 bets then one bet of $87 , this seems unreal and has spoiled my whole experience
