Good evening,
I a problems which concers vulkanbet.com.
I won 3000 EUR and after having been fully verified I asked for a withdrawal on April 26. Down to the present day it did not work. AS soon when I contact he casino via email, they are friendly but simply refuse to pay pretending there was a "technical problem" which will be resolved "soon" , that my withdrawal is active and "we are doing our best to solve that issue (which they dont describe) and pay out as soon as possible".
For me, this looks like a clear strategy to prevent my from my winnings. I wrote them this and their reply was "if there happen any issues, we try to solve them quickly". Which of course never happened.
So I highly doubt they have the money or they just dont want to pay.
