Player's Complaint

I had my account verified a while ago and had an issue when I went to withdraw money then. The said my account was suspicious. Anyway, after all my arguing I excepted that decision although not happy and told that my account is fully verified for future withdrawals. I haven’t played with them for a while but decided to put $50 in my account. When the money was approved they automatically gave me a bonus. After playing for approximately 2 day I got my account up to $2,000 AUD. I went to withdraw the money and I thought it all went through when I received an email say that only one account can be made per IP, device or household and my winning have been confiscated and my deposit amount returned. I asked everyone in my household and nobody had an account with them. I then stated that in an email to them to which in the end they stated that servers accounts have been made with the same IP address. I tried to explain to them nobody has an account with them and that I only use my mobile which nobody has access to so that can’t be right. They kept on saying our decision is final. I then rang my service provider who told me that because I only use my mobile (SIM card) that it doesn’t have a fixed IP address so it’s impossible for anyone to use my IP address, little lone server all account be made with it. I tried to explain to them that it’s impossible what they have claimed and that I’ve never ever had an issue with any other casino except this one. My last response from them was there decision is final.

Of course they are going to say that several accounts were created vis the same IP address but as I explained, I only use my mobile phone which has a SIM card and a SIM card does not have a fixed IP and is constantly changing so it’s impossible. Anyway, I really appreciate your effort and see what they come back with. Oh, they said that it was because I received a bonus which is why I could withdraw. One more thing, at the start of the year I had issues with them trying to withdraw $1,000 and they said my account was suspicious. Then at the end of it all I had to send a photo of me holding my license and then they said I’m clear to withdraw in the future. Thanks again 😁
