Player's Complaint

i have demanded my deposits back from wildfortune. i asked them for my deposit history and they came up with a calculation of 46339 euros i already responded by email that that was incorrect and asked again for my deposit history. I come to accept this otherwise I was out of luck, I had to sign a vague contract to get at least that 46339. Within 2 days the money was in my account and a few days later I only received my deposit history. exactly what I thought €8688.00 I am still short of €126468.00 in deposits against €71441 in payouts is €55027.00 which I should get back and not €46339 they framed me

Hi sor1985,

As we informed you a couple of weeks ago, when you submitted another complaint about this matter, we cannot assist you with issues relating to lack of a Dutch license. If you wish to pursue matters of that nature, you will need to contact the relevant authorities in the Netherlands.

Sorry we cannot be of further help,

ThePOGG

The point is that wildfortune say that it was legal before okt 2021 to offer the service for gambling to dutch people but that is not true i would like to received from you what the rules about

That period i copy the text now from the mail from wildfortune.com

You demand a refund of 8,688 EUR - the amount of your deposits before October 01, 2021, but as you know, until that moment there was no direct regulation of online casinos in the territory of the Netherlands, respectively, there was no direct prohibition on such activities. According to the fundamental principles of law, such as the disposition principle and the principle of non-retroactivity of law («nullum crimen sine lege»), the activity of an online casino can be considered as such that it has not been expressly prohibited.

We would like to remind you, that previously, you acknowledged receipt of the entire amount of deposits that you made from October 01, 2021, until now (46,339 EUR), and additionally signed a Settlement agreement, in which you confirm that you no longer have any financial claims.

For our part, we, acting in the legal field, satisfied your request and returned to you the deposit that can be refunded in accordance with the law, having previously studied your case quite carefully and acting within the law. We ask you to determine your position and accept the status quo of the current situation, taking into account all preliminary legislative explanations.

Hi sor1985,

As already explained to you, we are not hear to enforce Dutch law. We are appointed to enforce the license standards of the MGA. The MGA did not prohibit their licensees from accepting Dutch traffic.

If you wish to pursue this matter, you need to contact your national regulator/court system. This is not a matter we can assist you with.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
