Wild Joker – Won’t release my winnings


Resolved - Both Wild Joker Casino and the player have confirmed that this issue has been resolved without our intervention.

Player's Complaint

The Casino that i have a complaint about is not on y our list which is Wild Joker Casino

I have issued documents for the Casino for it to release my winnings but now they have emailed me saying they aren't able to process my payments because I have issued prove of age ID names registered to the Casino is all the same to my banking and bank card and it's also on my prove of age ID now I believe t that is also classed as photo ID...I don't drive so I don't have a driver's licence and i don't travel overseas so I also don't have a passport everything else that i have provided is legit and i believe my proof of age card is a government issue ID....It states that the transfer will take 3 days but I am still waiting for my winnings to be released....I understand that they are unable to release my whole amount of $7000 because of bank flags but I am still not understanding why they won't go a head with the process because of the ID I have issued
