Wild Tornado – Denial of Deposit

Found for the Casino - This player sent BTC funds to a USDT wallet address. Crypto currencies do not exchange in this manner and as such the funds have ended up at an unknown BTC address.

Player's Complaint

I made a bitcoin deposit with Wild Tornado Casino and was told 30 mins later, there was no sign or evidence of such deposit! I quickly sent over my bitcoin deposit reciept along with blockchain exchange data sheet. Both clearly showed my deposit made it all the way through blockchain and into their hands! Casino acknowledged and told me they would "clear up problem in very short time!" Was 1 00 PM Pacific Time when I made my bitcoin deposit. At 2 00am, following morning, Wild Tornado Casino explains to me this was my fault and I "would not be recieving my deposit!" They claimed this was because somewhere in my sign up application, I marked down USD, causing USD be marked down in my bitcoin deposit box. Claimed this caused my deposit to go to the same address but to another casino! I've been using bitcoin for a long while. Almost every casino incorporates USD for the simple reason of easy calculation when it comes to bitcoin transactions. To note, there absolutely cannot be two of the same bitcoin/crypto addresses, its impossible! Also, there are programming functions in place, to keep such incidents from arising. This was my first visit to Wild Tornado Casino, and first time signing up into their system. I strongly feel this was system error on their part and they are passing blame down to the customer, being me!!

Hi spinner92867 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.

Hi spinner92867,

You did not deposit in USD. You deposited from your BTC wallet to the USDT wallet at Wild Tornado, a crypto currency that is pegged to the USD in value. Crypto currencies cannot be mixed in this manner. When you have used the USDT address in your BTC wallet, it has been a non-valid address, or at least not an address that the operator have access to. You have sent your funds somewhere, but not to the operator and the operator would not be able to trace them for you.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
