WinBig21 - do not trust

Resolved - WinBig21 claim to have paid a complainant and as the player is now non-responsive we assume this issue has been resolved.

Player's Complaint

I have several complaints against WinBig21:

For one....I have made several requests for them to stop calling me on the phone...they continue to do so. They completely harassed me

Second...they have given my personal information to sister sites along with my phone number and I continually get calls from new casinos with the information they revealed

Third..there software [REMOVED]...as soon as you start winning...the system changes...you get lots of messages of lost connectivity and what not till you lose everything

Fourth....when I did once try to cash out from them...they gave my money to some other company for me to try and fight for.

This is a [REMOVED] site....they do things completely [REMOVED] even for this type of forum. I have requested refunds and all they do is call and offer me more money...I have requested to close my account several times...and again all they do is call me and give me play money.

No wonder so many sites are not allowed to operate within the US and this should be one of them.

Before I can try to help you with your complaint I need you to provide me with your username and email address at WinBig21.

I have removed some of your post as it contains accusations that we cannot currently verify.

Regarding your issues with their software - without substantive proof that a) the errors were connected to winning and b) that the errors actually effected the outcome of the wagers, there's nothing we could do with that issue.

I will stress in advance of going any further that this is a group that is by and large unresponsive to player complaints here and at other sites, so I would not anticipate success with this issue. Nevertheless, I am happy to try.

Hi lisatamar,

Unfortunately WinBig21 have been completely unresponsive to our attempts to contact them about this issue. I've made one last effort, informing them that if they do not respond by Friday the 9th of October this complaint will be closed as 'Found for the Player'.

I don't hold out great hope of making any progress at this point.

Hi lisatamar,

I've received a response from the casino stating that the complaint I contacted them about is invalid as the player's been paid.

I have 2 problems with this response:

1) I have 2 complaints open against this operator at the moment

and

2) I haven't given them the details of either complaint yet.

Given the above I'm at a loss and to how the casino feel they can make this statement.

Can you confirm whether you've received your funds?

It seems likely that this complaint is the one that WinBig21 were referring to when they said they'd paid. As such this complaint will be marked as 'Resolved'.
