Player's Complaint

Submitted a request for payment on Jan 1, 2016. Sent in all required doc's immediately. Got the run-around for months- supposedly "problems with the system". Was told to get a Upay account and forward info- so I did. Then they kept saying a couple of days, over and over again. Last time I logged in they said I would need to deposit $50 with Upay account for them to pay me. I told them no way I would give them more money. They said they would return the $50. I said give me a guarantee in writing. They said they would the next day. Been a couple weeks and nothing. THIS CASINO WILL NOT PAY!!!

Firstly, before we can do anything to help you I need you to provide us with the username and email address you use at WinBig21.

Secondly - this complaint is very similar to others we've dealt with against this group. Unfortunately, to date, WinBig21 have been non-responsive to complaints posted at this site and as such I hold no great hopes of success. I say this to insure that you have realistic expectations, nevertheless once we have your user details I will endevour to contact the operator.

Hi whitedragon,

I'm afraid to say that we've had no response what-so-ever from WinBig21 after chasing them for the last month and a half. I'm sorry to say that I don't think there's any likelihood of this operator talking to us now.
