Details of complaint:

I played and won £2,500 on 10th January 2019

I uploaded all the relevant documents required for verification and also sent emails with my documents to support@winnermillion.com and [EDIT] these are the two emails suggested on the site and by live chat to make contact.

Up until now 22nd January 2019 12 days later I have had no reply via email from the casino regarding my account, I.d verification or withdrawal of funds. The live chat are useless and never available, on the odd occasion I got through I was told to email the Bruno email with I did and they never replied, they wouldn’t give me any information on my account.

They blocked me from logging in to my account the day after I made the withdrawal even though I’ve supplied all the relevant documents, it’s like banging my head against a brick wall.

Firstly, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. WinnerMillion do not have a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Secondly, you've chosen to play with an operator who hold a negative status with this service and who are routinely non-responsive to complaints submitted to us.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you, but you should be aware from the outset that the chances of a successful mediation are low.
