Player's Complaint

Opened account with redbet in 2017. Did not deposit and self excluded same day cause of problem gambling. Forgot had account and opened another one. Same week opened winning room account. Won 845 euro and tried to withdraw from redbet. They locked account and sent me email. Came from Mr green team saying they are confiscating winnings and refunding deposits off 250 euro from redbet and 200 from winning room. Got 250 from redbet but nothing from winning room. When I went looking for it they told they are different casinos but have same license. I said would I be able to withdraw if I won and they kept saying you are allowed use the site. Like an idiot went on to deposit another 200 and lose but I think I was in a lose lose situation anyway. Have emails and chats. Would greatly appreciate your help

Hi Svilla7,

In that case you are subject to the MGA license. As far as self exclusions are concerned, the MGA only require the exclusion to be applied at the property it is requested at unless the player explicitly requests that the exclusion be extended to all properties on the license. Did you make such a request?

Don't know. It was July 17. Prob automated self exclusion. Will send email from them to you. It says that self exclusion on one of their sites means you can't play on their other sites and that they would be refunding but didn't. Plus on their responsible gambling duties terms and conditions they look at self exclusion as sign of problem gambling but turned a blind eye to that when taking deposits when knew I was self excluded from Redbet. Suppose they can twist and turn to the way they want it to go. Did ye get the correspondence with them. Sent them few days ago? Thanks for your help again
