Crazy fox casino is holding back 5.900 euro of my withdrawing, I have made countless deposits and the first time I actually win something I cant get my money back, I withdraw the 5.000 the 11/5/21 and the last 900 the 19/5/21
nothing has checked in to my account, the casino employee keeps telling me to wait over and over. but now they exceeded 11 days more than they are allowed to on the 5.000 euro's and they still tell its coming again and again. i showed them bank statements numerous times. the keep on telling me about the appropriate department that is suppose to handle this, but I currently do not believe them.
please help me.
