Player's Complaint
Had pending £350 went to reverse £50 then i went to withdraw the rest came up with a error saying problem with my account contact support. Which is a 2 day reply. I didnt want to spend my winnings so went to responsible gambling and clicked apply break period and it did nothing. I then spent this which i didnt want to as i tried to withdraw and current which i screen shotted. Tried to put a 3 day ban to stop me spending it tilk i could contact support this didnt work. Iv done everything in my power to try withdraw my money and to ban me off the site so i didnt spend it and that didnt work. Funny enough after i spent it because i thought there was an issue with my account i can now put a break on and withdraw fine

From what you've stated above my understanding is that you are contesting your losses on the basis that the Time Out feature within your account did not work. If that's the case I need to ask you what evidence you have to support this? Even if this operator will talk to us - which is unlikely - if their systems do not show any Time Out requests this becomes an issue of your word against their's.
