Player's Complaint
My withdrawal has been pending for 6 days, I emailed them and they said my account is not verified, which is a lie as I verified my account several months ago when they blocked 1 of my last withdrawals. Their chat is never available so I have to resort to emailing which takes even longer. This is not my 1st withdrawal and I feel they are making it difficult for me to cancel my withdrawal. I've never known a site to block every withdrawal you make.

While I appreciate your frustration, I think you need to give the operator a little more time to resolve this issue on their own before requesting the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediator. If you still have not received your withdrawal by Friday the 7th of June let us know and I'll try and contact the operator on your behalf.
