Player's Complaint

Hi I’ve tried to withdraw after depositing and winning. Initial withdrawal for £1000 and £500 both credited back to my available balance twice. I’ve sent countless documents in my legal name ([EDIT]) also the bank card I used to deposit, utility bill with address etc (in the name [EDIT]) I casually use my maiden name of [EDIT]. Also sent a hospital letter with said name and address on. Takes 3 days just to get an email reply asking for more information each time. They’re sending monies back where they came from.

Hi susan83 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Am I correct in understanding that you entered your maiden name when registering your account?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Yes I did, I use my maiden name socially because of separation and my married name for banking etc. I’ve sent documents in both names both with addresses on.

Hi susan83,

When registering with an online operator you are entering into a legally binding contract, one that facilitates the processing of financial transactions. This is not a "social" or "casual" arrangement. If you use a name other than the one that is present on your government issued ID when registering with an online gambling operator you are placing yourself in a very high risk position of encountering issues when it comes to verifying your account.

We will try to reach out to the operator on your behalf, but you should be aware that this is a group that is only semi-cooperative with this service and your situation is likely to require further documentation to be provided.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
