With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 26th of March let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Yes. They basically just give you the run around. They have said as I have my gf card redigstered that it breeches terms. However have asked to to send her id. I have multiple times but now they're saying about terms. If it does why do they need her id.

Sadly there is nothing that we can do to help you in this instance. Wizard Slots carry the following term:

"All cards and payment methods must be owned and/or in the same name of the person registered on the Wizard Slots account."

If you have deposited via a payment method belonging to someone else you have breached this term.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
