Player's Complaint

I have a complaint regarding Wizard Slots. I joined their site on August the 30th and deposited £40. I joined out of boredom whilst waiting for my girlfriend to progress in labour as I was only allowed on the ward once she was ready to deliver due to covid rules. I managed to win £1000 and I eventually withdrew £965 in total. After 3 days of waiting they contacted me and asked me for identification which I provided. They then asked for more identification which again, I provided. The account I used to deposit is a joint account which me and my girlfriend both use to pay bills out of. Both of our names are on the bank statement which I provided evidence of. Unfortunately I no longer have my bank card for this account as I cut it up, my girlfriend still has hers. I explained all of this to them over the space of 3 weeks because they was taking forever getting back to me between each contact. They then asked me to send proof of my girlfriend's bank card because I didn't have mine which I sent, then also send proof of my girlfriend's consent to use the account which I also sent. Everything they requested I send, I did. Then after being messed around for weeks they tell me that because I broke the rules and deposited using someone else's card they have declared my winnings void! This is a joke considering my name is on the bankaccount too and I have explained this to them over and over again! Please tell me there is something I can do about this because it's disgusting and I feel like I have been treated really unfairly. There is no live chat and they are now ignoring emails. I will take this further if I have too because they have made me I'll with worry over this issue. I have never known a site like it and I feel like it's not legit. Please help me recover what is legally mine

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. The Wizard Slots terms of use include the following:

"All cards and payment methods must be owned and/or in the same name of the person registered on the Wizard Slots account."

While your bank account may be a joint account your girlfriend's card is NOT owned by you and is not in your name. As such by using this card you have breached operator terms of use.
