I have been processing withdrawals for a number of months but they take over 10-15days to process so I end up returning them to my account instead of depositing back in.
I have processed 3withdrawals 2 for £200 and tried to do 1 for £150 but my withdrawals keep saying I need more checks. I’ve passed the verification twice because I added a new back card, yet they are now doing more checks, I’ve checked my account and 1 withdrawal was still in my account 12 days later and still not processed, there is no way of contacting anyone and I can’t phone them there online chat never works, and I just want my money withdrawn.
Can someone help me or get hold of them so that I can get my money withdrawn
