I won $1385 dollars on the gladiator jackpot city after finally getting into the bonus free spins after having issues on my phone. Upon the winning and coming back to my home screen the winnings did not transfer over to my account. Then when I tried to go back for the game it had changed and the game I played which was Gladiator jackpot had disappeared coincidentally.

Total amount owing from my online casino is -

- $60.11 in my account

- $1385 from my winnings on Gladiator jackpot

Total money owing is $1445.11

I would like this money transfered back into my account card ending (8360)

It seems to much of a coincidence that the following has happened from your side

- The game had disappeared after I won the money

- No money transfered over to my winnings 

- My online chat has disappeared from my recent conversations regarding My issues with Gladiator Jackpot

- No further feedback from Technically support

- Also why is my account showing pending withdrawal and will not let me withdraw money from my account, this has also been logged with your technical team on the 19th and again not heard anything back. Which seems again to be another way of not giving me my winnings back.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
