I deposited £5000 on this site. A large amount I know but I was chasing losses. Anyway,I was lucky and took my account up to €9500. I quickly withdrew but now the site are saying that I cannot have the winnings as I previously self-excluded from an affiliated site. 8 am not aware of joking an affiliated site and am furious that they took my deposits and now my winnings as well!,

Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do for you in this instance. The Alpha Interactive Group have decided to try and mimic better licensed casinos by carrying self exclusions over to all properties on their license. Unfortunately, unlike those better licensed casinos, they are not conducting any checks at point of registration to confirm whether a user has previously self-excluded at another property. Unfortunately this creates a situation where players are free to sign-up and lose, but won't be paid winnings (i.e. it benefits the operator rather than protecting the player).
Having discussed this issue with them at length I know that they will not change their position.
I also need to point out that 14Red do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play. As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license.
