Dear theogg, on behalf of you, I hope to get your help. I tried to withdraw money many times in 18bet, and the explanation given by 18bet was perfunctory, and even customer service refused to communicate with me many times. Here, I sincerely request your help.

I've spoken to 18Bet regarding this issue. The address you entered when you registered your account does not match that which appeared on the Proof of Address you provided during verification.
You need to contact the operator and either provide Proof of Address that matches the details on your account or provide an explanation as to why the address is incorrect.
Once you have done that let us know and we'll follow-up with the operator on your behalf.
