Hi!

I have deposited and lost the amount mentioned in 1xbit casino.

As you know 1xbit casino belongs to 1xCORP NV, who also owns 1xbet

Deposits fairly lost, no scam.

But two points:

- In the Spanish T&C (not in the English ones) it clearly says they operate under Curaçao licence Nº 1668 / JAZ: https://1xbit.com/es/information/rules/

For your reference is Point 3.1, EZ to find in Spanish

- I have checked the Curaçao license validator, and 1xbet has valid license OK, but 1xbit has no valid license as they state in my mother language T&C.

Is there any posibility I can recover my deposits based on the fact they have been offering me gambling without a valid license and/or with a license they don't have?

PDD: We both know how helpful is Curaçao egaming, but I think this is a good one for them, as I don't think they are going to be specially happy with not licensed webs showing they own a valid license. In English, Spanish or Russian....
