Player's Complaint
This casino refuses to take responsible gambling seriously and put significant roadblocks to block account.
I was a member of their "VIP" program for ~1 year. I managed to block my account on a few occasions after serious negotiation for them to do so but was always able to request it being unblocked.
In August 2022 I requested they block my account and quoted via email the problems gambling has caused me and it is an issue for me. Again, they allowed me to unblock the account and lose additional funds, likely in excess of USD 100k.
They have only recently agreed to block it 'permanently' after advising that 1 year was maximum allowable timeframe and instantly blocked it on a permanent basis (let's see) after I raised the question as to why they allowed me to reopen the account after it being blocked in August when I quote issues with gambling.
I am disputing the losses (or even some form of compensation as goodwill from the casino) following my block request from August 2022.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with a weakly licensed/unlicensed property. These operators function without appropriate licensing specifically so they do not have to adhere to the standards set out by regulatory authorities surrounding the protection of vulnerable players. As such, the chances of them deciding to take appropriate action in a case like this simply because we asked them to is vanishingly small.
