Hi. I have a problem with 21bet.com casino. First every thing was ok, i made couple of withdrawls and get those but then i made three withdrawls 30.3.2017 (two 550euros and one 5500euros) during first four weeks i got many promises that they have been trying pay those moneys to me and they only keep saying that be patient you got moneys soon... two weeks ago 1st of may. I got email where they told me that my account is closed for some investigation and they will contact me in 48hours, only what they told me after that was "investigation will continue". After that only answers what i got is from live chat where i have been contact many many times regarding this problem and only answer what i got every time is "please be patient, you will get answers tommorrow" seems that those answers will never came, is there anything how you can help me, please?? I got all emails where they told me that i will get the moneys asap and screenshots about live chats where they told me that i will get paid... can i send all those documents to you guys???
