Their slots game kept freezing and everytime it freezes it tells me to restart the game and when i do the amount of my bet was minus in my balance. I lost a lot of money and i tried to ask for help so many times and i just got ignored. They kept saying that theres no other complains but how would i know if thats even true. I am very mad and would like to get my deposit back.

Unfortunately it's very unlikely that there will be anything we can do to help you with this issue.
For online games to function successfully it requires the operator to have a functioning system, the player's device to be functioning correctly, the internet connection to be strong and there to be no conflicts between the operators software and anything the player has installed on their device.
The point here would be that without a high volume of complaints the assumption here would be that the issue would be at your end rather than at the operator's. As long as the outcome of the spins in question have been reflected correctly in the balance there is no grounds for a refund on this basis. We can ask to review the transaction history, but my expectations would not be high.
Beyond this all we can suggest is that you choose an alternative casino to play with if you are unhappy.
