Amunra - Withdrawal issue
Resolved - Amunra Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

I made a withdrawal request for 320 Euro via Bank Transfer (as the only available option on my screen) on January 12th.
On January 26th and on February 3rd I went to my bank where i presented the documented, but my bank stated- This transaction never came to our bank. After contacting the AmunRa Casino customer support several times and sending my Bank Account statement (on their request) I never took a reasonable explanation, except that I Should wait longer. It has been 4 weeks since my withdrawal request and my money has not yet come on my account.
Please review my complaint and find a fast solution for me to access my money.
