Hello,
I have deposited 300 EUR to my account using paysafecard. Few days later, since it was not a interesting day to gamble for me, several days later, I did go to log in to find out that my account is locked. Verification, so no problem, I sent my ID, later on my selfie with ID, they said its all good, but since I had some issues in offline life, I did not pay attention and forget to finish the verification process if there was anything left - no idea what else they could need. I emailed them (or chatted up) yesterday and I received an email that my account is closed. No further help from them, what so ever. I did deposit and lose some money in the past. All I want now is my money back. So I can go and gamble elsewhere.

As has become standard for this operator, Bet-At-Home have informed us that they will not discuss complaints with this service.
At this juncture all I can suggest you do is contact the operator's regulator, the Malta Gaming Authority.
