Player's Complaint

I made a deposit 07.08.2019 at 6:03 through the electronic wallet ecopayz contacting the casino BETAMO I did not get the answer where are my money which I deposited I also contacted ecopayz and I received the answer payment was successful and on the player's account I still do not have funds where I know how such wallets work. The deposit should be immediate and it's been 6 hours and I am still writing that I am waiting for you to consider my complaint as soon as possible [EDIT]
