I've reviewed this issue with the operator and sadly we are unable to uphold your claim.

When accessing the operator's website you were utilising a VPN to circumnavigate the ban that the operator has put in place to prevent registrations from your jurisdiction.

Further to this, you then entered an incorrect country of residence to your profile information as your country of residence was not provided as an option.

The operator clearly prohibits players from your country, in their terms of use, by restricting traffic visiting from IP Addresses located in your country and by limiting the option to select your country on their welcome form. Where you have taken measures to circumnavigate these restrictions the responsibility for the breach of terms lies with you rather than the operator.

That’s not true, when I opened my account with bitcoincasino.io I didn’t use any vpn. all I had to do is input my email and crate password and click sign up. and my account was already able to deposit and play. I was mislead by the casino and even the live people that it was ok for me to play on there, because I was able to cash out.

I'm afraid that is fundamentally untrue, as is easily demonstratable by trying to access the operator's website using an IP address located in your country. All IPs from this country are banned by the operator. As such there is no possibility that you managed to register with this operator without altering your IP address.

Further to this, every operator retains records on registrations/logins. The IP address you used to register was both not located in your country or residence and easily identifiable as belonging to a VPN provider.

And none of the above touches on the fact that you selected a incorrect country of residence when you could not find your own in the profile options.

I'm sorry, but you have tried to mask the jurisdiction that you played from. This is not a case of the operator attempting to mislead anyone.

That is not true, when I signed up I did not use any VPN. and you should do your research again bitcoincasino.io does put have any restrictions on my country to use access the casino . I tried signing up again and was successful. all I had to input was me email and create password and I was in. so please reconsider your. because I was able to deposit and played and withdraw without any problems. it’s not fair that I’ve losted a lot of money and finally I won and they won’t give me winnings.

The ip from my country is not restricted at all. That’s just an excuse from bitcoincasino.io they don’t even implement their T&C.
