Player's Complaint

I have screenshots of bitcoin casino full bonus policy no where in there bonus terms do it state they will eliminate any amount of funds over the max cash out total I cashed out 0.08008511 btc due to not knowing my max cash out was only 0.0100 btc for that bonus they subtracted my max cash out and discarded the rest of my winnings instead of replacing it onto my account they fully eliminated my balance and not 1 part of the terms state it would be eliminated now it do say the max cash out will be subtracted but no where do it state my balance will then be eliminated, forfeited, vanish,disappear or discarded and I feel I was wrongfully misled and would like my full return asap
