Yes unfortunately after they took my winnings i found out about them and have seen that they have a very bad reputation.

The reason they are saying that its irregular play is because i won 14521.50 from a 10 spin and then 3246 from a 20 spin ( i have screen shots of this)i tried to withdraw all of the money and could only take 5000 every 35 days so i was left with 5000 withdrawing and 12631.17 in my account. my initial deposit was 100. i bought onto the board on mystery chests for 60 with this. was 10 spins at 1.5. for this reason they said that all the money including the 5000 i had already withdrawn was null and void and gave me back my initial deposit. I am not very hopeful that you can help me with this but that is life changing money and don't want to just let them take it without trying all avenues.

Hi,

I wasn't playing with any bonus. They are saying that the 60 euro feature buy on the game mystery chests was more than 30% of my initial deposit so they took the whole17631.17 euros. I had already won 17000 when i bought the feature.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. This group of operators apply maximum bet limits to non-bonus play. Our understanding is that this practice would be non-compliant with EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue on several occasions with this group I can say with confidence that they will not change their position.
