I made a withdrawal on the 16th of july 2020 and the withdrawl got confirmed by them on the 16th at around 9am in the morning i got in touch with their live chat and that was about as much use as beeing kicked in the balls i got no answers that i believed i wonder if you can help me thanks

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
