Player's Complaint
I singned in to casino.com 26.3. I deposited 330€ and got 330€ bonus. I wagered it right away. I read the rules and played by them. I won 1935,75€ with the bonus. I got call from that casino later and I let them know that it was really me playing.
They asked me about documents and I sent them right away. They does not approved one. So I sent it again. They have not amswered to me anything. It has been over 10days from sending that one document which provided that I used my bank accounts with the deposit. They banned me. I have tried to contact them many times. But I have only got some automaticed emails. No contacts at all. I am angry.
