Casino euro - not paying wins


Unresolved - Casino Euro has described the issue with this complaint but declined to provide supporting evidence. As such there is no ground upon which we could base a ruling.

Player's Complaint

I went play welcome bonus 25.4.2022 and deposit 100e and get 100e bonus. I first played 5 lions and then jokers jewells with 6e bet. After wager I had 3830e. I didnt break any rules. Next day they send me email what blame that i broke this rules

"The Offer can only be received once per CasinoEuro account, person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number and / or IP address"

-This is my first account and first ever deposit in there.

- I live with my wife and she didnt play. There is no kids

- Same as up

- I dont use my credit card to deposit.

They changed my winning back to my deposit balance.

I went ask to chat and send email. First they answer but now they dont.

What i can do?

Have you been playing under someone else's name? If so, the operator will have evidence to demostrate this and this claim will quickly become a non-valuable use of time for all parties involved.

Hi japa,

We have discussed this matter with Casino Euro. They have verbally explained the nature of the activities that they feel violate their terms of use - and, to be clear, if true we would unquestionably support the operator's position - but we have reached an impasse on the provision of supporting evidence.

That being the case, we have two parties with fundamentally opposing claims and no reasonable grounds upon which to base any ruling. As such this case will be ruled as Unresolved.

All we can suggest at this is that you contact the operator's ADR IBAS. Alternatively, if you wish to consider legal action you could contact who we understand offer a no win, no fee service that specialises on the remote gambling market.
