Player's Complaint
I went play welcome bonus 25.4.2022 and deposit 100e and get 100e bonus. I first played 5 lions and then jokers jewells with 6e bet. After wager I had 3830e. I didnt break any rules. Next day they send me email what blame that i broke this rules
"The Offer can only be received once per CasinoEuro account, person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number and / or IP address"
-This is my first account and first ever deposit in there.
- I live with my wife and she didnt play. There is no kids
- Same as up
- I dont use my credit card to deposit.
They changed my winning back to my deposit balance.
I went ask to chat and send email. First they answer but now they dont.
What i can do?
