We've discussed this matter with the license holder and sadly the operator has decided to ignore the guidance of the other parties involved in this dialogue.

It is accurate to state that another account has been registered from your device. However, this account was registered after the account on which the win occurred (meaning that the second account would be the violating account), the only activity on the latter account was a no deposit bonus with no resulting payout, and your account was verified in 2021, where the operator chose to take no action despite having identified the duplicate account.

The sum total of this is that while there is an additional breaching account, that account is in breach, not yours, and the operator were happy enough to allow you to continue to play despite this breach until you had a big win. This is extremely predatory behaviour.
