Player's Complaint

I registered Dunder online casino and then i was going to take part of welcome bonus for casino. I made deposit of 200 € and got bonus 200€. I played 5 lions game with 5 € bet and wagered succesfully the bonus. After that i was balance of 2300 €. I was playing with my own laptop and wifi show i have unique ip-address. After that i made 2300€ withdrawal and they asked many documents. They verified my account, but then suddenly they send me email that i have broke the rules and all my winnings are canceled because of 3.2.2. and 3.9.

Firts rules of those is about unique ip-address and computer. I know i have not broke that rule.

And the second rule means like general cheating and i cant undestand how they suspect me about that.

I was sendind them email to ask details about this case but nobady answered me. I also ask livechat that same thing but they didnt not tell me anything more.
