Dear complaint team,
I deposited a total of 5000 euros at the EuSlot Casino and won 25000 euros. I was verified everything was fine.
After the first payment of 5000 euros, the casino temporarily blocked me, it was said at the beginning that it was only 24 hours and it was a security check. I've been waiting exactly a month now, have inquired about 20 times and said several times that please connect me with the casino manager, because I always get the same answer "Please be patient". I lost 10500 in their sister casino afterwards in one day and they got the money immediately, so I ask you to help me further. My husband and I have been playing online casino for 5 years and this has never happened to me. I have lodged a complaint with Askgamblers that was not even considered. Please help me otherwise I have to go to a lawyer from Malta next and I really don't feel like it on this stress I've won legally.
