Hi There,
I deposited 100 GBP in Gala casino using the below link and was given 400% bonus [EDIT]
I then played casinomeister slot machine on 10 GBP per spin and used the gamble feature (which is allowed). During the rollover I used 5 GBP per spin. I ended up having 2950 GBP after meeting the wagering requirement and sent withdrawal request to Gala. In the meantime my account was suspended and I was no longer able to log in. Also, I received email saying my winnings were voided due to breach of bet limit terms on First Deposit Bonus to win funds with bonus active. I called Gala and was told I placed stakes such as 50, 100 , 30 , 20 GBP which is not correct. All I have done is to play with 10 GBP per spin and then reduced my spins to 5 GBP and when I made some winning I used the Gambling feature.

I'm afraid you've not answered my question - how much did you wager on the Gamble feature? If you bet more than £10 there's no case to take to the operator.

Before I go any further, how much were you wagering on the Gamble feature? Having reviewed the terms and conditions the maximum allowed wager is £10. If you've wagered more than £10 on the Gamble feature you have broken this term.
The Gamble feature is a separate bet to the main game, not a continuation of the main game. This game would be analysed separately to the main game to determine fairness. You have a choice whether to place additional wagers so if you’ve decided to wager more than £10 at any point using this bet then you HAVE violated the maximum allowed wager.
If you don't believe you have bet more than £10 on the Gamble feature I'll contact the operator and see what can be done.
