Player's Complaint

I tok a withdrawel from the Grennplay Casino the 31.12.2019. I used Skrill methode to the widrawel. The money never showed up on my account, and they dont know where the money is. Ive tried to talk to them almost every day. But nobody knows how to fix it. Every time I try the chat a new person tells me that they are going to fix it. Now its gone 3 weeks since the withdrawel and still no money on my account. [EDIT]
